    Episode 2! ABUNDANCE IS COMING

    Hello guys! Welcome back to my second episode of my podcast, I really wanted this episode to be powerful and to help manifest abundance and prosperity in my life and in others. I hope you guys enjoyed the affirmations, and to recap on the HW: You want to identify at least 2 limiting beliefs that you have about money/abundance/prosperity and then re-write it into a powerful affirming belief. If you have the belief that money is inherently evil, you can transform it into "Money comes to good people, and money is always flowing to me" and then write out your new beliefs on a piece of paper! Make it as pretty as you can or whatever makes you feel the best, then every day and night read it out loud and know that the abundance is coming to you, and have the trust in the universe that it is listening to you and it will come in the most divinely and perfect way.     REWIRING LIMITING BELIEFS

    In this episode I talk about how you can rewire limiting beliefs, in order for you reality to start shifting into the reality that you really want. The best way to do this is by firstly identifying the limiting beliefs that you have; listen to that inner story that you tell yourself. Then go through the questions that I mention that are from Byron Katies "The Work'" and the Skillshare podcast.  1. Is this limiting belief true?  2. Can you be 100% certain that it is true?  3. What are the benefits from this limiting belief?  4. How does it keep me safe? 5. How do you feel when you hold onto this limiting belief?  6. What are opposite statements that are just as true or even truer?  7. How can you integrate these opposite statements so you can see change?
