    we have all been there, going about life not even realizing that we have been running on empty. whether it is for a job, friend, or family we can sometimes find ourselves overextending more than we should. the problem is when we are running on empty there isn't much we can really offer someone - because we are stuck in our own lens of negativity and resentment. in this episode, learn how to start recognize patterns of burnout so that you can not just correct and catch yourself, but also be in position that you can pour into the people around you and really experience the scripture: 'he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.'
