Brewing with Jim focuses on giving biblical and experiential perspectives to life’s hard questions. We survey the students at CVCS and do our best to create a genuine conversation around the talking points the students want to know most about. We are excited to bring you a show once a week addressing topics and creating an open forum for honest conversations. Jim is a pastor and teacher and has served in these roles for the past 45 years. He has worked in small churches and mega-churches primarily as a teacher serving both the hearing and deaf populations. He has been an interpreter for American sign language for 30 years and is an author. He has his bachelor's in psychology and criminology and his master's in theology. He has mentored many members of the church and students. He has served CVCS since 2020 and taught high school students for 12 years. CVCS is a college preparatory, private Christian school in San Juan Capistrano, California serving over 700 students from junior kindergarten through grade 12, including approximately 30 international students from around the world.
