    Episode 14 - It is Mental Health Awareness Week

    Episode 13 - Joe Kingsbury is on the Pod

This week Tom, Jake and Martin are joined by Toms younger brother Joe. He has recently turned 18 in lockdown. The guys are interested to know how he has found lockdown and also whether he ever speaks about his feelings with his friends as when Tom, Martin and Jake were 18 Mental Health was not really spoken about at all.  We are now on Social Media!     Episode 12 - Coming out of Lockdown

    Episode 11 - Luke Bennett is on the Pod

    The guys have found the podcast really helpful in that it helps them to talk about their own Mental Health and by doing so hopefully we have encouraged others to do the same and check in on their friends. This week Tom, Jake and Martin are joined by School Friend, Marathon Runner and All Round Top Bloke Luke Bennett. Luke speaks about how he has found lockdown. Luke is also very open to talk about his trip to America when he was younger to complete a Golf Scholarship explaining how he believes he put too much pressure on himself at a young age to have it all figured out.     Episode 8 - The sun is coming out!

Tom and Martin watched the documentary "Caroline Flack: Her Life and Death" found on Channel 4 and give their views. We are now on Social Media! Instagram - brit_pod Go and give us a follow! Football 6 aside is back and we marked our comeback with an 8-3 win on Monday night. We give our analysis of the game. The sun has come out the last few days and Tom has noticed his mood has lifted massively. He discussed this with Martin he agrees. There is science behind the sun and it being mood lifting.  The boys all discuss a listener question. If you were stuck on an island with the following animals and you could pick 2 groups to protect you from the others which would you pick?  20 Lions - 50 Cobras - 1 T-Rex - 30 Crocodiles - 12 Rhinos - 15 Gorillas  Tom would like to watch Cristiano Ronaldo and/or Messi play football once the lockdown is lifted.     Episode 7 - What would Tom, Jake and Martin take to a desert island?

    The guys have found the podcast really helpful in that it helps them to talk about their own Mental Health and by doing so hopefully we have encouraged others to do the same and check in on their friends. Tom and Martin watched Roman Kemps programme "Our Silent Emergency" found on BBC iPlayer and give their views.  We are now on Social Media! Instagram - brit_pod Go and give us a follow!    It is now week 7 and we still haven't made any money, Jake is not happy with this and looks to be joining another more popular podcast in the near future if we don't change this soon. We practise our selling techniques and hopefully impress some companies to get in touch. If you would like to advertise through Brit-Pod please message our Instagram and we can sort something out.  Martin tells a story on how he managed to kick a football into a ladies face while she was taking a nap in the park.  We also have Martin sweating, he has promised that if our episode 6 receives more than 100 listens before the 12th April he will let Tom and Jake cut his hair. We are now half way there, please share the podcast and get our listens up to that magic number.  We spoke this week about why we believe depression and anxiety are more common now than in our parents era.
