    This week on the Brit with a Cap podcast, my guest Tamta Gagoshidze-Davies and I talk a bit more candidly about our mental health. One thing people don't mention is how going abroad can affect your mental health, both positively and negatively. We discuss how we have dealt with the highs and lows of our year abroad and how the end result often can be incredibly positive.
