On this podcast we discuss all things pop culture provided that our DVR’s have space and our streaming accounts are paid up.  This week, the Geeks (Mitch, Jake & Matt Orrin) are virtually together to discuss all things geek.    The Geeks are back, talking about all the things you need to know and wanted to ask yourself but didn't.  We start with the new Spidey movie coming out next year.  Word on the street-level is that Punisher will be in it, as well as Hulk and Scorpion.  Will Hulk remember Peter, but not Banner?  How will it all go down?  We also talk about Freaky Tales, the newest season of Wednesday and then Weapons.  Matt Orrin highly recommends it and gives a little breakdown of what its about.  Have you seen it yet?     Episode 336 - Into the Drebenverse!

    Welcome to Episode 336 of Broadcast Geeks! On this podcast we discuss all things pop culture provided that our DVR’s have space and our streaming accounts are paid up.  This week, the Geeks (Mitch, Jake & Matt Orrin) are virtually together to discuss all things geek.    After a seemingly short BLIP, the Geeks are back and ready to share opinions on your favorite content!  We start off talking about the new Fantastic Four movie, which some of us thought was "Not-so" fantastic.  Well, to be fair, Mitch had an unpleasant theater experience which possibly soured his movie opinion.  The movie had a bunch of redeeming qualities, and was good but had some issues.  We then switch universes to the first cinematic entry into the new DCU, Superman.  The movie was great and we don't give up too much but we talk about some of the finer points of the movie.  Mitch talks about his love of the Naked Gun movies, which includes the newest installment and Jake gives us another "Beckomendation" that we'll probably sit on for 2 years, Freaky Tales.  Watch it and tell us what you think about it!     Welcome to Episode 335 of Broadcast Geeks! On this podcast we discuss all things pop culture provided that our DVR’s have space and our streaming accounts are paid up.  This week, the Geeks (Mitch, Jake & Matt Orrin) are virtually together to discuss all things geek.    Our outies are talking about our innies with Severance still dominating the conversation, as we approach the end of the second season.  More and more revelations even though we're still trying to put pieces together to the puzzle.  Is Lumon just an ether based cult?  I guess we'll just keep watching to find out. Matt O plans to drive a fast sports car, and we also have a few episodes of Daredevil that dropped and we give some spoilers, including about the death of a beloved character.  Then we talk about Danny McBride and some of his finest roles.  What's your favorite? On this podcast we discuss all things pop culture provided that our DVR’s have space and our streaming accounts are paid up.  This week, the Geeks (Mitch, Jake & Matt Orrin) are virtually together to discuss all things geek.    It's happened.  Mitch Jones has drank the Kool-Aid, avoided the CliffsNotes, and officially watched Severance.  Theories abound over what they are doing at Lumon Industries and everyone's role in it.     Episode 330 - Fiddy on Diddy!

    Welcome to Episode 330 of Broadcast Geeks! On this podcast we discuss all things pop culture provided that our DVR’s have space and our streaming accounts are paid up.  This week, the Geeks (Mitch, Jake & Matt Orrin) are virtually together to discuss all things geek.    The (AI) Geeks are back with a banger of an episode.  We talk about Hundreds of Beavers, almost as if we had already done this on a previous episode that maybe got lost in the ether.  This movie is wildly different than any of its contemporaries but is reminiscent of movies from olden times.  The editing alone should get any film students excited.  Jake expresses concerns over DC's future because of Creature Commandos, while Mitch gushes over it.  We ALL agree that the new Superman trailer looks super.
