    Jared Talked about how we don't need to have more than we already have to do the will of the Father. If anything we need less. This world can be so distracting with all the cool new things that we think we need. God has blessed us with an abundant amount already, why would he give us more when we don't need it or we can't use the resources properly? Just a thought.

    Wait on the Lord is such a common phrase, what about practicing patience? I feel like this area in our life is something that we so desperately need to work on. Be Proactive in the waiting!

    Your Journey

    We get so caught up in admiring other people's journeys that we forget to live ours. I mean REALLY live it. We have our insecurities, when we are walking in our paths and we think we need to be further than we are and it bothers us. Forget that mindset, step into freedom, and live the life that God has called you to live. It will be bumpy and messy but in the end, it'll be better than anything we can imagine. God's grace is sufficient and we will mess up. With God still knowing we will, he has mercy on us and encourages us to keep moving forward.

    Oh. My. Goodness. Did we get deep tonight?! If this is how these check-ins will go from now on, man wow. I love to be real and open about who I am with you. I don't want you to think I'm just another guy who thinks he's got it all together. Because that is so far from the truth. If you know someone who will take something away from this tonight or feel led to share this, please do. The spirit works in wonderful ways when we act on what was called to do.     You Gotta Have Discipline

    We all have areas where we need to work on. Maybe you need to go to the gym, maybe you need to start that business, maybe you need to go to church. Whatever it is, start taking yourself seriously. Nobody will do it for you and nobody will take you seriously if you're just all talk. Make it HAPPEN!
