    Broker Watch List: Hub Group

    I said crazy year last time, but this is really getting out there.  Hub Group has been a major freight broker for years, but now we are getting placements against them.  https://www.brokerwatchlist.com/hub-group-inc/   Have received many calls asking "hey bill, you heard anything on Hub Group" and unfortunately, the last week we have really seen an increase, with many carriers stating that they can get somone on the phone to book a load with, and they are still posting them, but their accounting hasn't answered or responded in a while.

    Broker Watch List:7 Star Brokerage

    Crazy year with tons of new debtors, but two this week stand out.  7 Star Brokerage from Okemos, MI https://www.brokerwatchlist.com/7-star-brokerage-2/  and Blue Steel out of Illinios.  https://www.brokerwatchlist.com/blue-steel-transportation/  Both have lost authority and have had multiple carriers place debt or unpaid freight bills into collections with us.  If you are owed by either of these make sure you reach out to Bill at 901-300-7460

    Broker Watch List: Midan Freight Inc

    Broker Watch List: Cargoshift Inc

    You may of landed here because you are looking for information on Cargoshift Inc, a freight broker using MC 1785420, U. S. DOT 4510125 and their location is in a dollar store in Frederick, Maryland.  You can check them out on our webpage at: https://www.brokerwatchlist.com/cargoshift-inc/ They have been accused of double brokering loads, and so far a bunch of them are Amazon loads.  Make sure to call Bill Ivey when you get in this situation of a doing a load for a broker, and them disappearing on you.  The loads aren't fake, but the rates generally are you are going to need to prove you moved the load.  You will need your invoice, from you to CargoShift, your rate con from Cargoshift Inc to you, and the bol/pod.  Additionally for Amazon loads, you will need your ELD download so that we can prove you moved the load.  Definitely not too late to get paid, but you must take action ASAP and call Bill at 901-300-7460, and make sure to checkout brokerwatchlist.com and look through the fulllist at the top.

    Broker Watch List: Up and Up Logistics LLC

    At Brokerwatchlist.com you will find a list of brokers that is failing or has failed to pay carriers.  One of those companies is https://www.brokerwatchlist.com/up-and-up-logistics-llc/  and if they owe you too, you should call Bill at 901-300-7460   For the last 16 years Bill has done nothing but work with carriers and factors helping them when a broker or transportation intermediarie doesn't do it's job by holding the carriers funds in escrow and only keeping their commission.  Because of this no one knows more about how to help you when a broker disappears.  Call Bill any time, and if you get voicemail use it as he will return your call.
