Rex shares with great passion how he transitioned from a career in sales to a career as a behavior technician and how that has evolved to now pursuing his BCBA. He shares insight into how working as a behavior technician has helped him grow as a person, student, and professional. Finally, Rex shares some of his community involvement with the "Step into the Spotlight" event dedicated to providing an inclusive, joyful, red-carpet dance experience to teens within his community!
