    Mosaic Brazil: Career Development and Community Impact - Student Experience with Jada McCall

    In this episode of Buckeyes Abroadcasts, we hear from Jada McCall, a speech and hearing sciences major who participated in the Mosaic Brazil: Career Development and Community Impact program over spring break to combine her passions for advocacy and community service within an international setting. Throughout the experience, she collaborated with local organizations on business pitches and overcame language barriers to form strong bonds with Brazilian students. This program not only broadened her cultural horizons and boosted her sociability, but also helped her envision a future career path in community leadership and non-profit work.     In this episode of Buckeyes Abroadcasts, we hear from Air Transportation major Matthew Swearingen and Aviation major Lindsey Tima about their experience on the Spring Break: International Perspectives on Aviation program through the College of Engineering. Matthew and Lindsey share how the program enhanced their understanding of aviation as a global industry and gave them valuable insights into working in international settings. They reflect on their spring break travel to Brazil, highlighting site visits to Embraer, Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica, Lider Aviação, and GE Aviation. From learning about Brazil's unique aviation infrastructure to experiencing cultural differences firsthand, both students emphasize how the program brought classroom discussions to life.
