    KJ Dillon shares how his background in track and field helped shape his football performance, building speed, acceleration, and discipline on the field. After a tough sophomore season, he locked in, trained harder, and went on to have his best year as a junior. But everything changed when injury ended his career. Without a plan, KJ found himself working construction and navigating life outside of sports. It wasn’t until a friend introduced him to coaching that he found a new path eventually becoming a head coach.
