A weekly podcast focused on shipping small projects.
Every week I'll take you on an adventure of launching a new project. You'll hear the launch stats, hurdles I had to overcome, and how you can learn from my mistakes.
Did you miss me?
EP29: To the future
Justin looks forward to 2016, and talks about the future of the Build & Launch podcast.
EP28: Here's me at 3:49am whispering into my iPhone
Justin finally launched a project he's been working on since early 2014. It's something he was embarrassed about: he'd put it on the shelf. But this podcast helped him get motivated to finish it. Learn how the launch went, and his initial numbers.
EP27: Looking for that secret sauce
Justin examines how entrepreneurs often try to follow the path of successful people (almost religiously). The hope is that getting the "secret sauce" will help them achieve the same success as their heroes. Is it true?
EP26: Holy Bananas
Whoa! It's new episode. After finishing Season 2, I missed getting on the mic and sharing my product building adventures. So I'm back with a some ideas I'm working on for my current project.
EP25: The end is nigh
Join Justin for the last episode of Season 2. What did hear learn while launching one product a week for 8 weeks?
"Start small and start now."
He also gives us a sneak peek into his new book: Marketing for Developers.
Fabulous Podcast for Entrepreneurs!
I am at the beginning stages of becoming an entrepreneur and Justin seems one good place to start!
Love Justin's take on making. Hope this show continues in the future.
Just Binged Through All 29
Listening to them all over 2 days has been a trip. Motivating, inspiring, eye-opening, and educational….then sad to hear Season 3 isn’t forthcoming. I’ve been a successful entrepreneur for over 20 years, but still crave launching new products that I’ve been thinking about for a long time. This podcast has been a kick-in-the-pants and will be launching my first ever e-product in January. I don’t qualify even as a “novice” in regard to my e-marketing/podcasting/technology skills, so for me that will be the greatest challenge. For that reason a step-by-step podcast, something short of hand holding, would be content I’d be very interested in. Thanks Justin for grinding out 2 seasons for our benefit. Hope to hear more from you in this or other podcasts.
