1st Corinthians 6:19-20 tell us that our bodies don’t belong to us. Our bodies belong to God and the Holy Spirit. We were bought with a price. When I finally came to understand that our bodies aren’t a gift but a responsibility it changed everything. I have lost 200 pounds, taken responsibility for myself and am honoring God in my body. This journey has changed me, my marriage and my spiritual walk. Join us as we discuss how we build our temples and maintain them.
