    Awakening is about facing our darkness and our light with honesty and compassion. We all have patterns of thought or behaviour that no longer serve us. Often these patterns arise from fear of unworthiness or rejection. As we learn to see our patterns with gentleness they start to heal. Mary shares many issues she had to address and common challenges for her clients.

    How supported we are in spirit. Dr Mary Quinlivan

    Describes my first ever contact with spirit beings and just how supported we all are. There are angels, spirit beings and ancestors already resting in love, available to support all of us. It's just that we are not aware of them. As we deepen in presence, we are more able to feel the support available at the level of spirit. We are always held in unconditional love, even when we are messing up. It is a beautiful aspect of building worthiness to recognize how supported, how loved and how loveable we are.

    As we build worthiness it is beautiful to recognize that we already are the divine essence we would like to rest into. We never have separated from God. We are always entirely worthy. We tend to judge ourselves. God never judges, only loves unconditionally. "Your worth is established by God. Nothing you do or think or wish or make is necessary to establish your worth." A Course in Miracles This podcast describes my first awakening into Spirit. It was pretty wobbly and uncertain but a beautiful beginning.

    Mary's first real opening into Divine Love. It was quite raw and there was also significant resistance. It's a shift from fear to love and the entire body vibration starts to adjust. We are all already this. We are all entirely worthy. Gentility and acceptance of every aspect of self, facilitates opening.

    Many of us grew up exposed to some form of religion, where we were taught the concept of sin and unworthiness. Judgment occurs only in our own mind. In truth God is unconditional love. Whatever happens in this life experience cannot change that love. The constant, never changing truth of what we are is divine love, entirely worthy. This podcast shares the symbolism of the cross and how it was a message of transcendence. It also covers the benefit of having a loving guide who lives as unconditional love. Reminding us continuously we are loveable even with our shadow.

    Healing is everywhere. Dr Mary Quinlivan

    As we work on presence we realize that the core of everything is love, no matter the surface appearance. Nature is a beautiful way to be brought back to this. Sitting quietly in nature will always bring healing. With presence we can also heal our past and bring healing to those around us. Resistance arises on the journey. We will have to face our shadow with compassion, knowing that we are always unconditionally loved.
