    Built For Confidence | Week 2: Doubt the Doubt June Series — The Breakthrough Behaviors Episode Description Have you ever been in the middle of an assignment you know God gave you, and quietly wondered if you really heard Him right? Not because the vision disappeared — but because the process got harder and longer than you planned for. That's the place between two somewheres. And in week two of The Breakthrough Behaviors, Coach Paul Ybarra tackles the one thing most leaders won't talk about openly: doubt. Not the kind that means you lost your faith — the kind that shows up right in the middle of the calling. What you do with it determines everything about what comes next. Here's the line to hold onto: Doubt does not disqualify you from the calling, but staying in a doubtful mindset will keep you from walking it out. What We Cover The distinction that changes everything — doubt vs. unbelief. Jesus responded differently to each. Doubt is transitory, a wavering moment He corrects but doesn't rebuke (Peter on the water). Unbelief is a fixed decision, a hardness of heart. Peter had enough faith in his doubt to step out of the boat.When doubt becomes a posture, not a moment. The "rehearsal trap" — replaying every reason it won't work until you condition your mind to expect defeat before faith has room to move. Coach Paul gets honest about his own "fire starter" years: branding it, posting it, launching it, but no follow-through, always questioning the calling when the process got hard.Clarity comes through obedience, not before it. Abraham left without a complete itinerary — just a direction and a promise. Don't worry about the how; focus on the why. The next obedient step is almost always visible.     S. 2 E. 7 Plugging Back into the Source: Internal Solutions for External Problems

    Welcome to Built for Confidence, the podcast where we help kingdom builders rebuild identity, sharpen clarity, and lead with conviction. I am your host, Coach Paul Ybarra, and today’s episode is a bit different because I’m sharing a revelation that hit me just two hours ago. In this episode, I’m getting vulnerable about a "tech debacle" I dealt with for over a month and how it perfectly mirrors our spiritual walk when we get disconnected from the Father. Inside This Episode: The 45-Day Email Struggle: I spent weeks frustrated because my domain email wasn't working, forcing me to tell people to reply to a different address. I tried to ignore it and "let it ride," but the worry stayed with me.Going to the Source: I finally stopped trying to fix it myself and contacted Google support. Within five minutes, a real person gave me the exact "MX records" I needed to copy and paste. The moment I followed the instructions, my connection was restored.Outside Sources vs. Internal Solutions: I realized I had been going to outside sources (like my website registrar) to fix a problem that was actually at the internal source (Google). Spiritually, we often do the same—looking for external fixes for internal soul problems when God is right there waiting.God as the Ultimate Consultant: Just like that support agent, God is a gentleman who needs our verbal permission to "enter our account". He doesn’t always fix it for us; instead, He gives us the tools, the code, and the placement so we can function properly.The "Copy and Paste" Season: I believe God is telling us to slow down, listen to His voice, and implement exactly what He says. When we reconnect to the Source, we can finally receive everything that has been waiting in our "account".Key Takeaway: When you tap into the right Source, you never have to look externally for what God can provide internally.
