In late 2021, Bunnell juniors, Andrea Serreti and Julian Marottolo approached Asst. Principal, Christopher Koch pitched the idea of starting a podcast with the hopes of reviving school spirit after the Covid-19 pandemic. Over the next few months, the team learned podcasting and created the show's format. Soon after, Jennae Williams and Christopher Bucknor signed on, and "Bulldog Underground" aired its 1st episode on Oct. 7, 2022, to much acclaim.
