Jesus the Cornerstone of our Testimony!

Please rate, review and leave feedback....send us a text! While we continued to fail to serve God and demolish idolatry, Jesus came to do the will of God and shattered every idol. We revel in his victory, blessed through the grace of His substitutionary sacrifice. His righteousness is now ours and we stand, not condemned but redeemed. Glory to the King!    “Joshua said to the people, “You are not able to serve the Lord. He is a holy God; he is a jealous God. He will not forgive your rebellion and your sins. If you forsake the Lord and serve foreign gods, he will turn and bring disaster on you and make an end of you, after he has been good to you.” But the people said to Joshua, “No! We will serve the Lord.” Then Joshua said, “You are witnesses against yourselves that you have chosen to serve the Lord.” “Yes, we are witnesses,” they replied. “Now then,” said Joshua, “throw away the foreign gods that are among you and yield your hearts to the Lord, the God of Israel.” And the people said to Joshua, “We will serve the Lord our God and obey him.” On that day Joshua made a covenant for the people, and there at Shechem he reaffirmed for them decrees and laws. And Joshua recorded these things in the Book of the Law of God. Then he took a large stone and set it up there under the oak near the holy place of the Lord. “See!” he said to all the people. “This stone will be a witness against us. It has heard all the words the Lord has said to us. It will be a witness against you if you are untrue to your God.” Then Joshua dismissed the people, each to their own inheritance.” ‭‭Joshua‬ ‭24‬:‭19‬-‭28‬ ‭NIV‬‬ https://bible.com/bible/111/jos.24.25-28.NIV Support the show

    Perspective shift

Please rate, review and leave feedback....send us a text! "The Heavenly Vision", also known as "Turn Your Eyes upon Jesus" (the first line of its chorus), is a hymn written by Helen Howarth Lemmel. It was inspired by a tract entitled Focused, written by the missionary Isabella Lilias Trotter. The chorus is widely known, and has become a standard reprinted in many hymnals. Turn your eyes upon Jesus Look full in His wonderful face And the things of earth will grow strangely dim In the light of His glory and grace Turn your eyes to the hillside Where justice and mercy embraced There the Son of God gave His life for us And our measureless debt was erased Jesus, to You we lift our eyes Jesus, our glory and our prize We adore You, behold You, our Savior ever true Oh Jesus, we turn our eyes to You Turn your eyes to the morning And see Christ the Lion awake What a glorious dawn, fear of death is gone For we carry His life in our veins Jesus, to You we lift our eyes Jesus, our glory and our prize We adore You, behold You, our Savior ever true Oh Jesus, we turn our eyes to You Turn your eyes to the heavens Our King will return for His own Every knee will bow, every tongue will shout "All glory to Jesus alone" Jesus, to You we lift our eyes Jesus, our glory and our prize We adore You, behold You, our Savior ever true Oh Jesus, we turn our eyes to You, oh Jesus, to You we lift our eyes Jesus, our glory and our prize We adore You, behold You, our Savior ever true Oh Jesus, we turn our eyes to You Oh Jesus, we turn our eyes to You Support the show
