    On this episode, Jill and Jen discuss change. How do you know you’ve changed? What are the signs to look for? Sometimes you have to “Turn Around” and look back over your life to see how you are no longer handling things the same way you used to. When you are disappointed when your past behavior-because you’ve grown and now see that behavior as problematic-give yourself some grace. It’s ok to grow and change. That’s the point, right?
