In this Episode, we discussed everything from to our cliche first periods to our ever changing perimenopausal cycles.  We also realised that we are probably the first generation of older moms who are losing their periods as their daughters are on the cusp of theirs!  It's a weird situation, indeed! This episode is mostly here to get the conversation started.  It's not just for women!
