We believe this will bring everyone closer to our podcasting community and foster fresh improvements to our platform and services. 

Our team members working support shifts is more than just a change of routine. It's a deep dive into the mind of our podcasting community, the highs and lows of their content creation journey, their challenges, and their triumphs. It's the essence of the empathy we harbor, which we believe fuels great customer support. We're also eager to share what we've learned about effective, friendly and supportive communication with our customers.
