Episode 53: Creativity with Sondra Primeaux

Sondra Primeaux knows creativity - seamstress, writer, podcaster, photographer, etc. and she also knows what it's like to tap into the spirit of creation without dipping into the spirit in the bottle.

On this episode of Buzzkill, we talk about the power creativity has in our lives and how to express it, even if you think you have ZERO creative bones in your body (spoiler: you have a TON of creativity within you).

Check out Sondra's work, including her podcast, The Unruffled Podcast, which she co-hosts with Tammi Salas, and where to find her on social media on her site: www.theunruffled.com
