    How to have a gentle c-section

    A gentle c-section can involve elements of a vaginal birth, giving you choice and control over your birth experience.   In this episode, we'll explore; What is a gentle c-section? Common options you may have available to you for your c-section birth *During the episode, I mentioned that my baby had 'extra fluid,' and I realise I wasn't super clear about this! During a vaginal birth, mucus in the baby's lungs is often squeezed out by the pressure of the birth canal during the birth process. This doesn't happen during a regular c-section birth, so your baby may have extra mucus in their nose and mouth.
