ALL THE WORK

We often divide our lives into two compartments: the sacred (God, church, worship music) and the secular (our jobs, bills, and everyday routines). But when God designed humanity in Genesis, that boundary didn't exist. Culture tells us to either worship our work through "workism"—finding our whole identity and worth in a career—or dread our work as a meaningless rat race. God offers a third way: seeing our daily labor as an act of holy devotion. Yet, despite our best efforts to protect ourselves, we often find that holding on tight leaves us completely trapped—unable to experience the very peace and freedom we crave.
