We discussed growing up in San Deigo, moving to Japan as child, moving back and skateboarding with other legendary skateboarders like Peter Smolik. We touched on some of his hardest tricks, his newest part in the Sk8Mafia video, and how he has overcome his past life and his road to recovery. He now owns and operates Westside recovery a substance abuse rehabilitation located here in San Diego with a diverse approach empowering other's through their journey to recovery. Enjoy!

It’s a vibe
Loving Cano’s passion for talking and curiosity about peoples stories. He’s super easy to listen to and brings up great questions. There’s a depth about the podcast and his guests he brings to the table. He has a plethora of rad guests across a spectrum of skills. Jobs, entertainment, etc. I especially love the coffee guests and it really Bridges the coffee community together. Highly recommend also visiting his shop for a whole new hip hop vibe on coffeeshops.
Caffeine n chill
Caffeine n chill can easily be another name for this podcast. I find myself babysitting a fine cup of black gold and indulging in this podcast from start to finish. Whatever you choose as your caffeinated beverage, make sure to enjoy it over some chill vibes or hot topics with caffeine and green.
Eclectic, creative, and conscious raising
Love Cano’s interview style and quality of the conversations he produces. I really appreciate that he allows space for his guests to speak and develop into the conversation. The dialogue feels very natural and spontaneous. Makes for a very enjoyable listening experience. I always feel like I get something from these episodes. Great podcast focusing on creative folks, living their authentic selves, and releasing good vibes and energy into the universe.
