Please listen to playback

I can barely hear one of the hosts and if I turn up the volume to normal level the other host straight up blasts my eardrums.
Another weird thing is the talking is unclear and muffled but their laughs are piercing and very close to mic

Kind of irritating

Love the general show concept. Listened to the mount hood disaster episode where they liken Outward Bound to a cult. Ignorance abounds throughout the poorly-researched episode, but this particular judgement is ridiculous. Outward Bound is a pretty amazing organization that helps people discover themselves and how great being out in nature is. It’s like Patagonia but they sell experiences vs apparel. The primary narrator of this episode wasn’t so bad, but the other just came off as a judgy and super annoying with her lack of knowledge, interest or consideration.

Poorly Done

Re: 1986 Mt. Hood Disaster

I am a devoted MFM listener so I get being cheeky and irreverent. What I do not get is being judgmental, glib, and flippant. This ep was so ooorly researched and overreaching, especially about the priest.
Facts were wrong. The attitude was disrespectful. And they aren’t funny.

I applaud anyone who puts themselves out there and starts a podcast, but - from an educated, outside source - do your homework. Add in a measure of compassion. Eliminate snarky attempts to amuse and focus on the story and it will be a much better show.

****Cute
