Most home-grown podcasts feature awful background noise, poor attempts to be funny, or awful editing. This little number features none of those three. Mr. Jones has really found his own little comfort zone with this one. He discusses topics he knows about, or at least seems very knowledgeable of and lets the listener feel like they can trust him. He makes no attempts to be anything other than himself and with his good sense for dry humor, he is quite enjoyable to listen to.
While the podcast is good, it isn't spectacular. After all, it's obvious it's homemade, and the production value isn't amazing. This is something we at Podcast Alley definitely reccommend subscribing to or checking out from time to time, but you won't want to come rushing back each week to catch the newest episode.
