#021 Cycle Syncing your Business as a Woman

Send us Fan Mail I'm back in my office, back at the mic, and I started my cycle this morning. My cramps are so bad my sciatic nerve is screaming, and I still have a 3-day seminar to be a part of tooth's week, a software platform to build, a team to coach and mentor, and a high ticket business to run. Yay! If you've ever felt like a machine one week and a puddle the next, closed 4 deals on Tuesday and couldn't open your inbox on Friday, thought something was wrong with you because you couldn't stay "consistent" .... you're not broken. You're a woman. Your body runs on a 28-day cycle and nobody taught you how to work with it. In this one I'm walking you through: Why your state matters more than your strategy, your script, or your offerThe 3 levers that actually change your state (hint: feelings are the output, not the input)What I learned in my NLP cert that changed how I think about emotions foreverThe 4 phases of your cycle and what to do in each one to actually make moneyWhy ovulation week is your sales week (book everything here)Real talk if you're irregular (I am, I've never been regular a day in my life)The bookend rule ...what you do right before and right after your peak hours matters almost as much as the peak itselfHomework that'll change how you see your entire monthMen, don't skip this one. If you have women on your team, a wife, daughter, sister understanding this makes you a better leader. I promise. Quick cycle reference Follicular (week after your period): energy's back, brain's back, ideas are flowing. Batch your content. Build your offers. Plan the launch. Ovulation (middle of your cycle): you are magnetic. Book every sales call you can. Go live. Pitch. Launch. Be seen. Luteal (week before your period): shorter fuse, sharper eye. Clean up your systems. Do your follow-ups. Have the hard convos (maybe sleep on the email first). Menstruation (your period): CEO week, not closer week. Review numbers. Journal. Plan. Do less on purpose. If you're irregular like me, stop tracking dates and start tracking signals. Your body tells you what phase you're in if you pay attention. Quotes from the episode "You're not broken. You're cyclical.""Your future is a well-rehearsed past.""Most women act from feeling. Successful women feel from acting.""Stop saying I am. Start saying I am experiencing.""Your IPAs get your peak hours. Everything else gets what's left.""Busy work gives you the biggest dopamine hit. It doesn't give you the biggest bank account.""Happiness is conditional. You have to pay the price for it.""The skill isn't avoiding bad states. It's how fast you come back." Your homework Pick 2 days a week. Every hour on the hour, answer 3 questions in your notes app: How am I feeling? (1–10, plus one word)What have I been focused on for the last hour? What am I doing next?Note what day of your cycle you're on. Do this for 4 weeks. Then dump it al Support the show Follow the podcast on Instagram for bonus clips, behind-the-scenes, and episode breakdowns: www.instagram.com/callhercoachpodcast Explore more about Stef, upcoming trainings, and resources at www.callhercoachpodcast.com If this episode hit home, share it on your stories and tag the show, I love seeing what resonates with you. #019 The Unsexy Business Strategy That Actually Works

Send us Fan Mail Think your offer, your content, or your "energy" is what's holding your business back? Those things matter ... but in this quick-hit mini episode, we're getting real about the one habit that separates women building sustainable businesses from those stuck in the "I'm working so hard but nothing's changing" cycle. And it might not be what you expect. In this episode, we cover: The fitness coach analogy that reframes how you think about investing in mentorship and why the "cheap option" is almost always the most expensive decision you'll makeWhy "building in ease" and "trusting the flow" without a system behind it is like walking into a gym on day one and saying you'll just move intuitivelyThe exact data points you should know off the top of your head right now close rate, revenue per lead source, conversations needed to hit your income goal ... and what it means if you can'tHow tracking is the flashlight, not the punishment, and why you can't fix what you can't seeThe Rolex metaphor: why investing in yourself and the right coach isn't an expense, it's the one asset that appreciates and can never be taken from youKey takeaway: Your energy and mindset absolutely matter ... but they work best when they're backed by real numbers. If you've been running your business on vibes and hope alone, today is the day that changes. Know your numbers. Invest in someone with receipts. You are the asset ... act like it. #018 Your Bounce Back Rate is Your Net Worth

Send us Fan Mail The one thing that separates the women who build generational wealth from the women who quit after 90 days ... and it's not strategy, product, or work ethic. It's how fast you recover from hearing no. In this episode, Stef breaks down why your refractory period from setbacks is the single greatest predictor of success in sales, business, and wealth building. She shares a real story from her team, the research behind why CEOs like Jensen Huang and founders like Nick Woodman credit failure as their engine, why the way women process rejection is biologically different, and how that's actually an advantage when you know how to use it. What you'll learn: How to identify your current bounce back rate and why it matters more than your skill set. Why women's nervous systems experience rejection differently than men's — and why the "just push through it" approach is working against your biology. The difference between a skill problem and an identity problem when a sale doesn't close. Five tools to shorten your refractory period starting today: The 90-Second RuleThe Physiological SighIdentity Anchoring (and how to create your verbal contract)Movement as nervous system regulationThe Reframe Stack. The math behind how cutting your recovery time in half can nearly double your output over a year. Mentioned in this episode: McKinsey research on CEO resilience, Andrew Huberman's physiological sigh research (Stanford), Jill Bolte Taylor's 90-second emotion research, Jensen Huang (Nvidia), Nick Woodman (GoPro), Richard Branson, Walt Disney, Michael Bloomberg, Anna Wintour, Andy Jassy (Amazon) Quote of the episode: "Your bounce back rate is your net worth. It's not metaphorical. It's mathematical." #017 "Everybody wants to go to heaven.....but nobody wants to die"

Send us Fan Mail Everybody says they want the next level — more income, more freedom, more leadership, more impact. But very few people are willing to become the version of themselves that can actually hold it. In this episode, Stef breaks down the powerful Marine quote: “Everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die.” And how this applies to entrepreneurs, network marketers, high-achieving women, and leaders who feel stuck at the same level despite doing all the things. It’s identity. If you feel stuck, plateaued, inconsistent, or like you know you’re meant for more but can’t seem to break through, this episode will hit hard. Because the truth is: Every level of success requires a death of the version of you that got you here. And most people want the results…without letting go of the identity. What You’ll Learn in This Episode Why high-achievers plateau after initial successThe real reason your next level feels harder than the firstWhat “identity death” means in entrepreneurshipWhy honesty with yourself is the first step to growthHow ego keeps leaders stuck without them realizing itWhy strategy isn’t the problem most of the timeHow tracking, feedback, and awareness unlock performanceThe psychology behind breaking through to the next levelHow nervous system safety keeps you at your current income levelSupport the show Follow the podcast on Instagram for bonus clips, behind-the-scenes, and episode breakdowns: www.instagram.com/callhercoachpodcast Explore more about Stef, upcoming trainings, and resources at www.callhercoachpodcast.com If this episode hit home, share it on your stories and tag the show, I love seeing what resonates with you. #014 How to Balance Feminine and Masculine Energy in Business to Make More MF Money

Send us Fan Mail If you’ve been doing “all the things” and your bank account still isn’t reflecting your effort… it’s probably not your strategy, your offer, or the economy. In this episode, Stef breaks down the real reason so many high-achieving women get stuck: an imbalance between masculine execution and feminine regulation. Through a real story (the infamous campfire moment), Stef explains how over-masculine hustle leads to burnout and disconnection, and how over-feminine flow leads to inconsistency and a business that looks cute… but doesn’t convert. Then she calls out the online “duplication is dead” narrative for what it is—positioning—and shows why the most profitable companies on Earth scale through systems, training, and repeatable process. In This Episode, You’ll Learn Why “more strategy” isn’t always the answer when your income is plateauedThe difference between masculine execution and feminine regulation (and why you need both)How “always being on” can be a trauma response and how it quietly wrecks your resultsThe two-tank business model: masculine = fuel, feminine = coolantWhat over-feminine business looks like (and why it creates unpredictable cash flow)What over masculine business looks like (and why it creates a cold, brittle machine)Why “duplication is dead” is a marketing tactic, not a breakthrough truthReal-world proof: how brands like McDonald’s, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, and Nike use training + systems to scaleThe simple truth: Feminine attracts. Masculine converts.Support the show Follow the podcast on Instagram for bonus clips, behind-the-scenes, and episode breakdowns: www.instagram.com/callhercoachpodcast Explore more about Stef, upcoming trainings, and resources at www.callhercoachpodcast.com If this episode hit home, share it on your stories and tag the show, I love seeing what resonates with you.
