Quick and easy strategies to feel better

I was feeling a little down and anxious and needed a podcast that I could listen while doing chores. Each podcast has effective methods that are very reasonable to do given that he comes from a place with harsh weather.

5 Minute Mojo is a simple yet in depth way to pause at the end of the work day and reflect on a concept, question, or thought that you otherwise may not have thought about during your busy day. It's a great way to switch gears as you leave work and commute home. Thom also makes it a point to remind us to make FUN a priority whether it be through his question of the day, or suggesting to catch a movie on a Friday night. If you catch 5 Minute Mojo at the end of your day, I also recommend listening to Zen Commuter on your way to work. Thom style is supportive and encouraging and hearing his words of wisdom is a great way to start and end the day!

Perfect way to end your weekday

I love listening to these episodes every evening when I head back home from work. They're short but packed with goodness. Regardless of whether I've had a less-than-stellar workday or not, it always gets me centered and calm as I unwind from whatever happened during the day. Thom's questions or actions for each episode give me something either to think or be grateful about. This is a great podcast to wrap up your day with.
