This show has been a game changer for me and I look forward to the gems dropped weekly. Introspection and the road to a better you is definitely less traveled. Julius makes it easy to understand questions that arise and techniques you can use to gain control over your mind and improve your reality. 10/10: definitely recommend.

Keep them coming!! There are so many people going through mental issues it’s unreal!! People just are so unaware of it and it’s ruining them and all of their relationships. People need to hear from someone who has went through it and it’s making it through it. Sometimes all people need is a little knowledge because they simply have no clue exactly what it is that they are experiencing. You definitely have to want better for yourself and love yourself wholeheartedly.
