    Welcome to storytime with Candlelight Stories! In our very first episode, we travel high up to a big, green hill to meet an apple tree named Arla. Arla is a magnificent tree, and every summer, her branches are covered in bright, shiny, red apples that glow like little rubies in the sunshine. But even with all her beauty, Arla has a secret: she is very, very lonely. When a wise old owl lands on her branch, he suggests a magical but difficult idea: dropping her prized apples to the ground so their tiny seeds can sprout into a whole family of friends. Arla faces a tough choice. Will she keep her shiny apples and stay lonely, or will she be brave enough to let them go and patiently wait through the cold winter?
