Wow!!! Thank you so much!!!

Please don’t let the negative reviews deter you from listening to this great podcast chalk full of great recipes, tips & facts. I have canned for several years but have been too intimidated by the pressure canner.
Thanks to stumbling upon this podcast; I feel it’s time to set my fears aside & begin this creative adventure!
Excellent timing as I just finished canning last years crop of figs into fig marmalade.
Thank you again so much for taking your time to share your knowledge & experience of this time honored tradition passed down through the generations. ❤️

Not cool

She used a derogatory word for those practicing safer cannings ways and gets called out, yet somehow got that review removed.

Love this podcast - canning diva follower for a decade

I am so disappointed in the one star review someone posted. If you’re a canner, you know the term “canning nazi” is often used in the canning community to describe those canners who think botulism is a by-product of canning and choose to scare people to death. The Canning Diva has a wealth of knowledge and it’s fun listening to her podcasts again. I highly recommend her podcast!
