Episode 11 - Gary Stennett, Director of Rugby and Club Legend
Bainesey, Badams and the Heron speak to club legend Gary Stennett, reflecting on his over 35 years involved at the club in a variety of roles including player, coach and until recently Director of Rugby.

Episode 10 - Polly Ross and Tom Kirk, Touch Section
Ahead of the competitive season, Polly Ross (England Touch, and European Champion) and Tom Kirk (Touch Chair) teach Bainesey and the Heron the rules of touch, why it is such a fun, high energy and inclusive sport and how members of the club can get invovled. Polly also discusses the upcoming Touch World Cup, due to be held at a very glamorous location.

Episode 9 -Toby Salmon, Mens 1st XV Captain
At the end of the senior mens season, Bainesey, Badams and the Heron catch up with first team captain, Toby Salmon, to celebrate the many successes of the mens teams.
They also talk a little about the U23 teams visit to Twickenham.

Bainesey and Badams speak to Zoe and Steph, the captain and vice-captain of the Falcons 1st XV, after their first game at Twickenham. They catch up on the first successful season for the Falcons first team in NC1, their highlights from the year and their hopes for next season.

Ahead of the U18 girls tour to Bristol, Bainesey talks to Sam Foskett about his experiences leading the largest girls section in the UK (and probably the world!) and the journey that got him there.

Not even 30, yet Ollie has made 200 appearances for the mens first team. Bainesey, Badams and the Heron speak to Oli about his journey from the under 6s, his rugby tours including minis to Ladram Bay, through to senior rugby.
