    On Saturday, August 30, 2025 we hosted a remote and live experience on National Grief Awareness Day. We encourage you to explore your local park, neighborhood, or hop on a treadmill and walk for 30 minutes and listen to this guided walk. Thank you to those who joined us in person. I'm excited to walk with local listeners and share with our community that they are not alone in their grief and neither are you!  After the walk spend time with the below Purposeful Pause: 1.
