Tona Brewer - The True Nature of Networking

Today I am so excited to have Tona Brewer with us. Tona is the founder and principal of The Tona Brewer Group, LLC. In our epsiode we talk about a topic that is near and dear to my heart: networking. We riff on everything from how to network using professional friendships, best ways to request connections, ways to absolutely not reach out and ask for a meeting, and my favorite piece of advice on networking yet - If you are asking to network when you're in need, you are too late.

Embracing new seasons

Laurie Halter navigates the seasons that people face when trying to find balance in life. She interviews guests who have successful careers but also want to fully engage in their relationships and family life. I find Laurie and her guests to be completely relatable. She encourages listeners to have the courage to have difficult conversations
with themselves and others to be able to live their best lives. She and her guests also ponder how to experience joy when trying to survive a difficult season. I’m looking forward to listening to future podcasts from this amazing and inspirational woman and her guests.

1st episode Seasons

Thank you Laurie, long time friend.
This came at the perfect time for me as I’m starting my 3rd self owned business of my
36 years juggling mother, wife, self, and career.

Life is full of seasons, it’s just that simple.
I need to be reminded, and today listening was just what I needed.
Looking forward to the next episode.
Thank you
Keri Hatch
