Michelle Simone - Working Through Hard Seasons

Michelle Simone - Working Through Hard Seasons

Today we’re with Michelle Simone, Principal Consultant at Pepper Foster Consulting, Fitness Coach, mom and wife. We’re taking about an extremely passionate subject of mine – working and living through hard seasons. Michelle recently lost two family members in a row, including her mother after a five year bought with Alzheimers. Join us as Michelle and I go through the ways we can take care of ourselves during this time, being true to the experience and our feelings about it, and how corporations can help their employees navigate the rough passages in life. This is one of my favorite episodes and I thank Michelle for being so open and honest about her journey in order to help other women living with grief at home and in the workforce.

So inspiring ✨

I love Laurie’s latest podcast with Michelle Denogran! As a working mom, I tend to feel guilty sometimes, so hearing these uplifting stories about kids looking up to their working moms and commenting later in life, just hit so hard in all the right ways!

Embracing new seasons

Laurie Halter navigates the seasons that people face when trying to find balance in life. She interviews guests who have successful careers but also want to fully engage in their relationships and family life. I find Laurie and her guests to be completely relatable. She encourages listeners to have the courage to have difficult conversations
with themselves and others to be able to live their best lives. She and her guests also ponder how to experience joy when trying to survive a difficult season. I’m looking forward to listening to future podcasts from this amazing and inspirational woman and her guests.
