Casual Nerdom

It’s rare you find podcast like these, especially ones that are open to every type of listener. You don’t have to be a nerd to listen to this, it’s for everybody. Also really big fan of Adrian so I’m happy he is sharing this side of him.

As a loyal fan of the Marvel universe, anything 90s, comics, books, tv shows, and video games this is a must listen. The purpose of this podcast in my opinion is to celebrate the nerd within even if you don’t know anything about the “fan boy” world. They make sure to give you the background of the source material they are talking about and also it’s importance to them and the masses of fans who live for it. I personally know 1/2 of this podcast and Adrian is a force to be reckoned with. My hopes/expectations for this podcast were high and I am 100% satisfied with the result!

I was pleasantly surprise to stumble across Casual Nerdom hosted by Chris & Adrian, two cool guys from Brooklyn whose really into nerdy type things without actually being a nerd, whether it’s gaming, comic books, amine, politics, music and technology... even Viking🤷🏽‍♀️. Chris is a freelance photographer, an Anime and comic book enthusiast, gamer, and techie whose dry sarcastic humor and no holds bar though provoking commentary. Adrian is the creative, a Marvel comic, Anime enthusiast too and gamer, in addition to singer/songwriter and producer who works with rappers, producers, DJs, artists from around the country and overseas. From vapid rap beefs, exposing fake outrage, to Marvel vs DC debates both are funny yet insightful without being too deep. The podcast is not long which is great and yet they leave you wanting to know more. Perfect listen while you drive home, or on your commute.
