You were made for abundance—not for a life driven by fear, lack, or spiritual hustle. Catherine goes back to Genesis to reveal God’s original design: humanity placed in the Garden of Delight, blessed, fruitful, and commissioned to reign as lovers and blessers, not as fearful strivers. She shows how the fall twisted our perception of God as Source, how Adam turned to “the ground” as his source, and how that introduced toil, thorns, and a mindset of scarcity. Through passages in Genesis 1–2, Psalm 1, and the imagery of Eden’s four rivers—overflowing increase, gushing, swift-flowing, and fruitfulness - Catherine paints a vivid picture of God’s love as extravagantly generous and endlessly creative. Abundance isn’t about hoarding stuff; it’s about living in union with the One who “richly gives us all things to enjoy,” and letting that overflow into the world around us. You’ll be invited to let go of any ditch you find yourself in - and come back to your true identity in Christ as a beloved son or daughter, designed to carry rivers of living water to a creation groaning for freedom.
