Cats Pawd

I really enjoy listening to the Cats Pawd! Ben and Eric are just the right amount of Bobcat homers. I appreciate their fierce loyalty to Bobcat Nation and their consistent disdain for the gris, the bizen, and Bobby Hauck!

I’d party with these cats.

Passionate Bobcat fans. On the spectrum of flavor on one extreme and dry textual facts on the other extreme, this one skews center-flavor. The hosts seem like people I’d have met from my days at MSU and the conversations are the sorts of ones I’d have had while watching a game at the Bacchus or Bar 9, except much, much better informed. Honestly, I’d have given this podcast 5 stars but for a few nitpicky reasons: 1) the volume is consistently ~70% of most other podcasts, so I have to max out my earbud volume and hope the room I’m working in doesn’t get any noisier—but just for this podcast, not any others, and I’ve observed this since the beginning, through 2 phone upgrades and 3 earbud replacements; 2) pauses and other borderline-awkward moments (that would be totally normal in normal conversations) in the episodes stretch a bit long and could be edited a bit more aggressively. tl;dr: no one even needs to change what they’re saying—it’s good. I would just like them to say it louder and with less of a pause lol
