    You're Not Broken: You Don't Always Have to Be In Healing Mode

    We're human, so yes, we can feel and actually be broken physically, emotionally, and even spiritually. But I personally believe that our souls, our direct connection to God, the part of us that is a literal piece of God, is always whole and can never be broken.   And that means that healing is absolutely possible AND that we don't need to approach life as if there's always something we need to fix--because the root of who we are (our soul) can never be broken. It's good to grow, to continue to be a better person, the best version of yourself.     Are Negative Thoughts Okay If We're Always Manifesting?

    Is it ever okay to give into the negative thoughts? Can you be allowed to take a minute without worrying that you're manifesting something you don't want?   It's unrealistic to be "high vibes only." We're human, and we're designed to experience a range of emotions including stress, anger, sadness, worry, etc. While the goal is joy, love, excitement, and all the high frequency emotions, we just can't expect ourselves to always be up there.     This Is Not Your Typical New Year's Advice

    You've probably heard people say that January 1 is not the real start of the new year--it starts in spring, when everything wakes up. That's when the real "new beginning" energy comes in.   While I do align with that and believe that we should be much more aligned with the cycles of nature than we are, we also collectively CREATE this "new beginning" energy when enough of the world agrees that January 1 is the time for resolutions, goal-setting, taking action, etc.   So which is it??   This is a baby step into a topic I intend to dive deeper into, regarding where to put your energy and attention after a spiritual awakening (or multiple awakenings lol).     Fight Negative Energy With Main Character Energy

    What if life was just a movie and you were the main character? It would mean that YOU choose the plot, you're the good guy. The bad guy's energy SEEMS more powerful at first, but that's only until you fully remember your power.   Life might not feel like a fairy tale all the time, but the truth is you are the only one with power over your energy. Fending off negativity can be difficult and even draining, especially if it's an everyday thing. But you are stronger than you give yourself credit for--being positive and maintaining your peace is definitively HARDER than being negative.   You can shift your perspective, no matter where you're at on this journey.     Now Let's LET GO of That Hidden Tension

    First, let me remind you that I don't mean for you to create tension or invent stories for yourself where there are none.     Are You Holding Tension Without Realizing It?

    You are not broken. You do not need to be "fixed." I am in no way encouraging you to look for and create problems that do not exist.   Today's episode is a question wrapped in a couple stories: could you be holding onto tension without realizing it? Physical pain that you've just gotten used to? Emotional pain that you've blocked off?
