Today I’m joined by 4 amazing women that I know: Erin, Nzinga, Brittany and Hannah who have all stories that I felt needed to be heard. As a word of caution, some of the details in the stories might be graphic to some listeners. It is our hope that new moms find a piece of grace to grant themselves while listening to these new moms talk about their labor and delivery, postpartum depression, and PTSD stories.
