    A Great Chasm

    "Rich Man Poor Man" is a series of three messages from Luke 16:19-31. Join us as we look at three important lessons from this passage when Jesus tells the account of a rich man who lived a luxurious life but then spent eternity in the torment of Hades compared to Lazarus, who was a poor man and suffered through life but spent eternity in heaven.     Clothes White As Snow

    In a world filled with anxiety, chaos, and frightening powers, Daniel 7 lifts our eyes from the beasts of earth to the throne of heaven. Daniel sees a vision of kingdoms rising in violence and arrogance, leaving him shaken and alarmed. But just when fear seems overwhelming, Daniel sees a vision of a God clothed in white and seated on a throne with wheels of fire! This vision of God reminds us that while evil may appear powerful for a time, it is never ultimate. God’s judgment is pure, uncorrupted, and already in motion. In the New Testament, this same imagery is seen in Jesus Christ, who wears the white holiness of God and promises to clothe His people in his righteous robe. Join us at cefc.church
