Changing business interaction due to tech savvy YZ Generations replacing the older, retiring managers with interpersonal skills. By 2021 the YZ GEN will represent 76% of the work force. Huge mandatory change in communication of all types is being controlled and forced to happen by the rapid changes in technology software applications. To be successful in the future, the YZ GEN must not only be tech experts but also must possess critical, creative thinking and effectively communicate their ideas and solutions to others through verbal and non-verbal interaction.
