At age 48 Sally transformed her life and built a new career on excitement and passion. That career has continued to grow since our last podcast. Recently, Sally earned the title of Ms. Senior America and began Sally's Iron Mustangs, a 65-year-old plus women's power weightlifting group...the movie will be released shortly.

Ray and his co-host Bonnie talk with Tracey about her new book "The Power of a Few Kind Words." Tracey shares how her family would ask her father what he wants for his birthday or Christmas. he would always respond "All I want is a few kind words." This led Tracey to embark on a project of writing a letter of gratitude every day for 365 days. The results were amazing in terms of responses, new relationships, and personal feelings.

Kristal Griffith is a storyteller with a 25-year career in journalism. Being single she had over the years attended her friend's weddings, most times as a bridesmaid. She sent gifts to them for the birth of their children. She finally decided it was time to have a party for her. So why do we wait until we die to have a celebration of life, perhaps we shouldn't.

Carol has a unique experience set that we want to capture in this podcast. First, she has been a podcast host. Second, a podcast guest. And third, a unique storytelling experience from a previous work life. After recording a podcast about her forest rangering experience, she received intriguing feedback from some of her family who didn't know she had done this. her hosting experience has helped her meet new people and satisfy her curiosity about a number of her own interesting topics. She is reflecting on how her storytelling experience and podcast hosting experience will help us with our legacy project.

Don Helin and I have been working on a project for several months. The project involves telling stories about our lives, the times we lived in, or messages we want to send to our future heirs.
