Family.....To Be Or Not To Be

Do you feel like you don't fit in with your family? Do you struggle with deciding who to choose...the family you were born into or the family you choose? Sometimes, this struggle is so real. When is it ok to not allow your family to make you feel as though you don't belong? Where should the line be put in the sand? Is it okay to draw that line in the sand? Motivation, WHAAAAAT?

Motivation can be an ugly word or a positive word. Lately, I have found zero ambition to get things done. Am I alone out here? Goal Setting

Have you ever felt yourself stuck when you are trying to achieve a goal? You know you have to do it because that is what we are supposed to do! But, sometimes, it is so hard to get to the other end of that goal. Goals are hard to achieve when we forget about or are unable to see the finish line. Goals are an important aspect of life. It is hard to reach our desired destinations without them. So, how do we navigate through the hard part?

The Power of Saying No

After taking a couple months off to just regroup and take a break I am back! Relationships can be difficult to navigate in the best of circumstances. However, when relations are strained, do you feel the need to bend over backwards to appease the other? Or, are you able to set and hold healthy boundaries? It's A Struggle Even Though It's The Holidays!

Sometimes, around the holiday's life has a tendency to become even more difficult. The struggles are harder, the stress is more, the expectations are overwhelming, and we feel as though we can't deal with it any longer. I want you to know that you are not alone in the struggle! It's important to know where your joy comes from so you can focus a little more on that than on the struggle. I hope this episode encourages you to find your joy!

It's The Holidays!

Hey everyone! I'm back! I'm sorry it has been a while. With the holiday season here, I wanted to take some time to let you know that you are not alone. No matter what you are feeling in this moment, you are not alone. In this episode, I have Christopher and Marvalous with me. They are celebrating 7 years of marriage this week and I wanted to highlight their biggest struggle/challenge, their greatest joy, and what they are most looking forward to in the next 7 years. But even though it is a time of celebration, they are really going through it. They open up about their current struggle as well.
