Why Empaths Are Often Targets Of Smear Campaigns

Being an empath with extreme pattern recognition is a blessing and a curse. You can spot the shady people from a mile away, often months before everyone in your social circle. The downside is that it can be draining and sometimes dangerous to be that intuitive. In this episode, I talk about why being so adept at reading people can often make you a target. A Toxic Love Story: Triangulation And The Pick Me Girl

On its face, A Toxic Love Story is about cyberstalking, online harassment, and a love triangle gone wrong. But after careful examination, it’s actually a tale about the dangers male-centered women present and how triangulation is used in abusive relationships. *This episode contains spoilers from the documentary******************************************************Join the Inner Circle******************************************************Subscribe to my Substack or Patreon for $5 a month and you'll receive: Access to our private chats and private live streams and voice calls on Discord and Substack Regular subscriber-only videos, posts, and podcast episodes and eacss to the full archive Substackhttps://characteranalysispod.substack.com/subscribe Patreon https://www.patreon.com/c/characteranalysispod******************************************************Follow Me ******************************************************https://www.youtube.com/@CharacterAnalysisPodhttps://www.tiktok.com/@characteranalysispod******************************************************Depression, Self-Care, Beauty & Skincare Recommendations******************************************************My Amazon Storefront is filled with my favorite self-care, depression and anxiety tools, skincare, beauty products, and the little things that make life feel a bit more manageable.https://www.amazon.com/shop/mycharacteranalysis******************************************************Buy Me A Coffee******************************************************If you don’t wish to commit to a monthly subscription, there’s another way to support my efforts. The Crazy Ex Narrative Is An Abuser's Best Friend

In this episode, I break down a viral Threads video that many people believed showed a "crazy ex girlfriend." But after watching it multiple times and slowing it down frame by frame, I noticed details that completely changed my interpretation. We look at the edited cuts, body language, verbal statements, and behaviors that were easy to miss on a first viewing. Rather than discussing guilt or innocence, this is an exercise in critical thinking and behavioral analysis. It is a reminder that short, edited clips on social media rarely tell the whole story. I also discuss why victims of abuse often beg their partners not to leave, why trauma bonding can make behavior appear confusing to outsiders, and how selective editing can shape public perception before viewers have all the facts. F**k this guy. Therapy-speak. Trauma dumping. Parasocial intimacy. Let’s talk about the rise of the “emotionally slutty” man online. Intuition or Insecurity? - What We Can Learn From Carrie Bradshaw and Facegirl

In this episode of Character Analysis, I break down one of the most relatable moments from Sex and the City: realizing someone doesn’t like you… and not knowing why. Using Carrie Bradshaw and the infamous “Face Girl” moment, we get into why these interactions stick with us, why we spiral, and what it actually means when something like this bothers you more than it should. We’ll talk intuition vs insecurity, observation vs interpretation, and how to stop overthinking every awkward interaction. Friend or Dangerous Frenemy?

Enjoy the latest Character Analysis episode and be sure to follow us on Spotify Today, I want to talk about not just your garden variety toxic the, but your persuasive, charismatic liar that can demolish your life and sense of reality brick by brick. In this episode, I’m breaking down the dangerous type of liar. The kind who can look you dead in the face, stay perfectly calm, and convince an entire room that what you know happened… didn’t. In this episode, we unpack the Narrative Architect. People who plant seeds early, build trust strategically, and then slowly reshape reality in their favor. People who don’t just lie, but recruit.
