    Kick Self Doubt to the Kerb With These 3 Tips

    How often do you feel self doubt?   I got asked this question the other day... and the truth is I feel it regularly!! The thing is though I used to be so guided by my feelings... I let my feelings drive my decision making, until I learnt a better strategy! I (painfully) learnt that my emotions and my feelings were always the best thing to follow when it came to making decisions...    So I learnt new skills....     Top 2 Tips to Feeling Happier Everyday

    The two tips I share in this podcast have come about as a result of my own life lessons, and reinforced over many years by the many coaches I have met and learnt from.   You know, I was addicted to alcohol for many years in my teens and 20's.     There have been so many times in my life where I didn't know how to do something, and so I just avoided it. For example, when I was in my 20's, I really wanted to scuba dive. But I avoided it because I was afraid I would fail.   Have you ever done this?
