    Coming into our mid 20’s: second puberty and body neutrality

    As women in our mid twenties we experience something called "the second puberty" where the things your body was just used to be able to do suddenly feels like it takes 5x more effort/time mentally, emotionally and physically. Moving away from body positivity but toward a state of neutrality where gratitude for your body to be able to simple function for you is the main focus, but not an always an easy perspective shift.
