Chasing the Six Pack is a new podcast featuring Dan Burnevik and wife, Jo Ellen.  After being featured in a film, Lone Stars, these two middle-aged musicians who make-up the country blues duo, Lizzie Street, find themselves with a dilemma.  They want to get more screen time but are sadly out of shape.  So, in 2025, they're chasing down a new healthy lifestyle.   This  podcast about love and health is part science experiment, part motivation and accountability, and part comic relief as they share simple, weekly solutions to their problem with BIGness.
