    Ben Berlin is the President of Berlin Enterprises which is real estate investment company in Erie, Pennsylvania as well as a Mentor and Coach to many entrepreneurs who want to get started in Real Estate Investing.  In this episode we go through his journey... He was immediately intrigued by the possibilities of Real estate and within 3 months he purchased that 4 unit building from the landlord. Over the past 10 years Ben has done over 150 real estate transactions personally and helped dozens of other entrepreneurs get started and succeed in Real Estate.
