    Taking the guesswork out of forecasting

    The outcome of your forecasting is often a great measure for the strength and efficiency of your project delivery processes. The more untamed your project processes, the more problematic you will find your forecasting becomes. And while there are many considerations when it comes to effective forecasting, a repeatable and streamlined process is always possible. I was extremely grateful to be joined by my client, Alexis Valenza.
