    In the episode of Chat With Moi. We talk with IFBB Pro Steph Lochki. Steph’s Field of expertise is Psychology. We discuss mental health issues and how they are currently playing a larger role during this pandemic. She shares her studies on how important it is to have a sound mind especially in the realm of bodybuilding and fitness. What tools you need to be used for one to overcome their mental barriers and when to ask for help when you need it most. Also, putting a big emphasis on friends and family members to check-up on other during this time and if they know anyone who is suffering with mental health issues, what is the best way to approach them and how to offer help. Steph talks about the passing of her good friend Luke Sando who she spoke very highly of and who is someone who will be missed by many. Steph will be coming out with an e-book in a short time for those in need of self-help. She also does online consultations and is available around the clock.     BLP, one of the original "big names" on the bodybuilding message board circuit talks about his evolution from one of the most active names in the bodybuilding talk circuit to the intensive work he put in to become a highly sought after coach. We discuss the current future for our children and for the support of bodybuilding with this current pandemic that is taking place. His time spent in the world of bodybuilding and his experiments that he has done on himself with anabolic steroids. We also discussed business Business strategies and how you can still be an entrepreneur and a full-time bodybuilder. Spirituality comes into play as well into the realm of bodybuilding. Most importantly we spoke of emotional stability, emotional maturity and how having a relationship in our industry is much more complex than one may think.
